We had our Big Ultrasound Today

And God has given us a SON!!! We praise Him for this healthy and precious gift!!

These are the verses we've been dwelling upon since before we even knew he was here!! God placed these on my heart during a visit to the doctor, and we absolutely know that God has determined that this is the time set for this little person to be around. Our faith has grown, and we are excited to meet him!!!

P.S. No names yet!!! We'll let you know as soon as possible. :)

Acts 17: 26-28
From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 'For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.'

Abigail at 18 mos. (updated)

Just because

She's such a big girl as she walks/toddles!! :)

Probably my fave

Abigail is now officially 18-mos-old. She got her shots today and everything!!! (So hard to look into her eyes as she's getting that first shot and see the pain and confusion and tears begin to well up. Eek!!!) Anywho, she also had her 18-mos. photo shoot. I took these pics myself and am having a great time editing them. I'm putting up the first few and hope to put up some more in the next couple of days! Enjoy. :)

Loved the spontaneous shot of Abigail looking at her toes

"Silly Monkey"

P.S. I'm needing more practice with my camera and my editing. If you live in College Station, I'd love to take some pics of you!! Just let me know. :)

In other fun news, on Monday I felt the third Mortie kick for the first time. And then again on Tuesday. It is so reassuring to know that he/she is doing okay in there. Speaking of he/she, we have our big ultrasound scheduled for August 26th. So exciting!!! We can't wait, and Elizabeth is seriously hoping for a little brother. We'll see...
